106 compounds across 8 categories were researched on 20–21 September 2026 using a social-first method: Threads, Facebook and Facebook Groups, and Instagram were searched before manufacturers, retailers, or review sites.
Popularity is reported qualitatively, with no invented numbers. Claims that could not be verified are marked UNVERIFIED. The source package assigns tiers from Tier 1 to UNVALIDATED based on the amount of independent owner and community evidence found.
These are sourcing signals—not a clinical evidence hierarchy, safety rating, or treatment recommendation.

What does a tier tell me?

How should I use a comparison?
